Let's talk traditions...

Do you have any traditions in your home that you do with your family?

For the last few years every weekend on one of the days I always make pancakes or waffles. The kiddos sure look forward to it ;)


Since I don't eat regular waffles anymore I make a#keto waffle. This is the only ketofied version of a food that I make.

But truly it is really simple to make.

It is 2 eggs and 2 oz of cream cheese stuck in a blender and poured in a waffle iron or made into a pancake.

Today I added one teaspoon of chia seeds, a splash of vanilla, and a dash of cinnamon. I topped it with a little bit of

Amish butter and they were perfect. (Today I split the recipe in half because I wanted to enjoy a few strawberries)
